Hershel moved that we dispense of the reading of the minutes since they were not present. Mel amended this motion to have everyone read the minutes at their leisure. Motion passed with majority vote.
Hanna moved that we amend the minutes to reflect that the Chronicler's office has not changed hands yet. Lord Thomas will pass the office to Lady Hanna at Long Night at the Caravan (Anniversary Event). Motion passed (to amend the minutes) with majority vote.
Coronation 8/31-9/3
- draft schedule is pending input from the Kingdom Earl Marshall
There will be equestrian jousting during TRM sitting in state (after coronation court, natch)
Laurel and Pelican's meeting will be Saturday
Chivalry meeting will be Sunday AM
Currently no classes scheduled - any interest to teach? Contact Thomas
Cabin space is available to crats - contact Thomas with requests
100 tokens have already been updated/enhanced by HL Richard. Spiffy! He will continue to work on them and let Thomas know if he needs help.
Youth minister has requested a candlelighting ceremony before feast.
Heavy weapons, light weapons and archery will happen, too.
Kale asks that those who wish to work at gate sign up on the schedule
Long Night at the Caravan (Anniversary Event) 12/7-12/9
- 1 bid has been received. 2nd bid is pending. Thomas wishes to present bids at 8/22 meeting (after Pennsic)
Baroness
- sends her regrets, could not attend the meeting due to personal conflict

- thanks for participation at the demo at Camp Redbird (3 fighters, HE Columella and the Kraybills showed artisan things). Camp would like to have us back, and possibly do a themed day next year.
Baron Arthur may not be at Coronation, depending on work schedule
Johanna/Janice- doing well after her surgery
Dougal & Boudicca - will try to make it toa meeting to say Hi before they say Bye (pout)

- this Saturday practice is at Camp Soule, otherwise at Largo Park, barring any local or Kingdom event.
Rob/Yosake(sp?) - looking to make fieldtrip to Lakeland on 8/7 for a Tuesday night practice
Brineside Moor - has a heavy practice Tuesday nights, also. Possible travel to support their practice, too.

- 1st Thursday/month practice at Girls Club in Pinellas Park (6PM-8PM?)
Ranger
- Doughal and Boudicca donated 3 bows, plus lots of arrow-making supplies. Richard will build arrows (maybe give class) instead of buy.
