ii. Formal meeting start PROMPTY at 7pm

iii. This starts at the next meeting!
1. January 11th with start at 7pm
c. Saturday Meetings
i. Have been trying to hold additional business meetings on the
1st Saturday of the month at fighter practice along with the demo
ii. Not much interest in the meeting has happened

iii. Was moved and seconded to no longer hold the Saturday
official business meetings
1. Passed by majority (only 1 vote dissenting)
d. Offer to purchase the Trebuchet
i. Lord Ian has offered to purchase our Trebuchet for $600
ii. Group Discussion
1. Originally cost us $400
2. Put in app. $200 to make it SCA legal
3. Is costing us about $100-$120 a year in maintenance
4. Is too large to store it inside anywhere
5. Size also makes it difficult to transport
6. Was not built for SCA, we could build something that would
meet our needs more specifically
7. Want to find out how much it would cost to create one
specific to our needs
8. There is a site that could possibly store it inside a barn
9. We also need a team that will work with it if we are going
to continue to have any siege weapon

f. What items constitute a time of one month to vote on?
i. Discussion
1. suggested that items over $500 that are not "regular" items
such as site deposits or feast advances
2. suggested that changes to policies and procedure, an
unbudgeted expense that is more than the financial committees limit
with the understanding that if there is a deadline or special
circumstances involved that we could make an exception for
3. Clarification on time involved – it is not one month. The
idea is that we would discuss an item 1 meeting and vote on the item
at the next meeting.
a. A minimum of a 2 week time period
4. Proposed item: Expenses up to $150 currently do not have to
be approved by the group, but go through the financial committee.
We propose that expenses between $150 and $300 be allowed to discuss
and vote on in the same meeting and that items over $300 would have
to have a discussion at one business meeting and vote the next
meeting
g. Remember to come to the Revel on Sunday!
II. Meeting had to end as our time at the libra
