I. Seneschal Report
a. Read minutes from September 14th
i. Unanimously passed to accept
b. Calendar
i. Saturday, October 1st ? 1st Saturday Fighter Practice at Largo Central Park
1. will be an activity going on in the park so will meet at the alternate
location in the back of the park (parking lot by bathrooms and playground ?
near the maintenance entrance.)
ii. Monday, October 10th ? Scribal Night
iii. Wednesday, October 12th ? Business Meeting at Largo Library
iv. Wednesday, October 19th ? Planning for Long Nights at the Caravan
v. Wednesday, October 26th ? Business Meeting at Largo Library
c. Thanks to everyone for helping at the Renaissance Night Demo
i. They have already invited us back for next year
d. 500 years of war
i. Have contacted them and let them know we will not be bring the Trebuchet
ii. Unless someone is able to take it down and be with it for the demonstration
e. Long Nights at the Caravan
i. Flyer has been sent to the Chronicler

iii. Need a Gamesmaster and a Marshal for Heavy Weapons
1. Suggested that Borric might be interested in Gamesmaster

III. New Business
a. Lady Jewetta suggested we think about purchasing Dishes/Linens/Flatware for
head table
i. Also was suggested to have padded boxes for transport
ii. After much discussion was decided to create a committee (shocking!!)
1. Warjna, Mel, Boudicca, Jewetta, Columella
****came back to this item ? Warjna suggested this should be a Regalia
committee instead of just high table with the above committee. Was voted
unanimously to do so.
iii. Regalia Committee
1. Doug, Andre, Hershel, Art, Thomas, Mel, Warjna, Boudicca, Richard, Columella
iv. Suggested for committee
1. look at embellishment and how we can personalize the feastgear
2. Come back with suggestion to group
b. Also suggested we buy new serving gear
i. Richard will arrange for inventory so we can evaluate what we need
c. Concerns were brought up that if we are going to keep spending money we need
to make some!
i. Suggested doing the fundraising that was to happen at Midsummers
1. Silent Auction
2. Box Lunch Auction
ii. Potential fundraiser of Auctioning off the artwork from the thrones
d. For next meeting ? schedule for next years events
e. Announcement by Artorius ? Gulf Wars Camp
i. Talk to Art about registering for camp if the group wants to camp together

i. Looking to film on December 17th ? 18th
