f. Event Bid change to allow donations
i. Several comments and concerns
1. Would change bid process
2. people want the populace to approve any donations

ii. Have not received advance monies back from Midsummers Feast

b. Marshal - Not Present (Leonidas reporting)
i. Fighter Practice on Saturday at Largo Central Park at Noon
ii. Went to Kingdom Practice on Sunday
1. Once a month if anyone wants to go
2. Lakeview Park in Kissimmee
iii. Rapier Marshal is moving to Tennessee (Fenore)
1. Needs help moving if you can volunteer
iv. We will need a new Rapier Marshal!

i. Devices for our 4 awards were turned in to kingdom at XXth year
ii. Hearthsfire was changed to Castle Hearth
iii. Are being submitted under kingdom since we are not official yet
1. will hold them until we are official
iv. Was suggested to recognize the kingdom heralds that have helped with this at
our first Baronial event
