i. Need help for Saturday and Sunday

1. Treve has to leave on Saturday afternoon

2. Dominic will be in charge when he leaves

d. Largo Library

i. We had many volunteers on Friday and Saturday and the Library really likes us!

1. Thanks to Art, Jewetta, Sanford, Jared, Justin, Kaylynn, Kari and Drew for helping set up on Friday for the Gala

2. Thanks to Leonidas, Richard, Trinda, Hannah, Steven, Justin, Drew, Jared, Kaylynn and Kari for helping on Sunday for the Grand Opening by wearing costumes!

i. Need new tarps

1. 9x12 canvas for $22.97 and 19x29 for $68.97

2. Called for vote, passed unanimously to buy new tarps

g. Fighter Practice Alternate

i. Need an alternate for when there is too much going on to the park

ii. The South West corner of the park (near the bathrooms)

h. Heraldry

i. Mikhael provided a clean copy of the device

i. Safety Harbor Renaissance Night

i. Starts at 6pm on Friday, September 16th

ii. Our Demo on stage is 7:30 (setup at 6!)

1. get their earlier to set up tents and demo crafts

iii. Artorius will be coordinating the fighting

iv. Would like escorts for the fighters

v. Mikhael will be MC, Thirza will have cards for fighter and consort names

vi. Need people to do craft demos

vii. Parking is an issue, come early!

1. best parking was north of the main street about a block north of the park

II. Officer Reports

a. Exchecquer – Jocetta

i. TMT check $1,627.96 to give us a total of $6,744.06

1. have currently advanced $500 for feast for Midsummers

ii. All of Narvals accounts have been closed out and the reports done

iii. Audit coming up in a couple of weeks

b. Herald – Johanna

i. Thanks to deputy Hershal for having the class and standing in for Herald

1. 1st Wednesday of month at 7pm - meeting for anyone that wants to work on persona, a name, a device or badge or anything else that pertains to the heralds office. Also if anyone wants to learn to be a herald.

i. Make sure you have filled out your page in “The Book”

i. Webmaster (Leonidas) reported that he is creating a Marcaster intranet – check it out, will probably be live after Pennsic

a. House Concert

i. The Brobdingnagian Bards (http://www.thebards.net/) will be holding a concert on Wednesday, September 7th

i. Movie “Dark Dimensions”

1. about book being written by mad monks who say they have found a gateway to heaven (you can get there without dying)

2. Monks are killed by the church and book hidden away

3. surfaces in modern times

iii. Would like to work on around 2nd weekend of October
