I. Seneschal Report
a. Reading of the minutes from last meeting
i. Unanimously voted to accept as read
b. TMT Report – Thomas
i. Site Tokens
1. got string for ½ of the previous price
2. working to get finished
3. 1900 strung and ready, 150 need to be strung
a. 500 more to be made
ii. Feast Tokens
1. Sunday
a. 100 Tokens will be done next week
2. Saturday
a. 100 Pewter Thor’s hammers
b. Being made by Thomas et al
iii. Hall and Court Decorations
1. Hangings
a. Mistress Warjna in charge of
b. Friend of Warjna is sewing all the banners for us!
i. ½ are done, second ½ will be finished Sunday

2. Viking Round Shields
a. Art has acquired doorskins and is cutting them out
b. Will have painting party at later date to paint in a Viking style
3. Table Decorations
a. Responsibility of each feast crat

1. need volunteers to make lunch baskets to auction

ii. The Device has to be redrawn
iii. Kingdom Seneschal will send out new poll to make sure everyone wants to do this
iv. Plan is to announce us being official at TMT
v. Can become a shire with the name, can not become a barony until the device is complete
f. Meeting places/times
i. We may be loosing Franklin Templeton
ii. Need to investigate new locations and times
iii. Need to form a committee
1. Committee will be formed next meeting
2. All those who want to be a part need to let Richard know by next meeting (if you can’t be there, let him know you want to be a part.)

iv. April 30th – no practice due to Oldenfeld Investiture
v. May 7th – no practice due to Art/Sci
vi. May 14th – Practice, Fernando will marshal, also a Shire meeting
vii. May 21st – Practice, Fernando will marshal
viii. May 22nd – Archery Practice at Camp Soule (there is also an Equestrian Practice at Sea March)
ix. May 28th – No practice due to TMT
x. June 4th – Practice, Leonidas will marshal, also a Shire meeting
