I. Seneschal Report
a. U.U. Church Event
i. Thanks to everyone!
ii. Good feast, good entertainment, they got lots of pledges
b. Archery
i. We have butts!
1. purchased 2 butts, 36 arrows and 25 paper targets
ii. Rotary – waiting on schedule to use
iii. Soule – Richard has finished training and we will be able to use range any time
iv. anticipating Sunday afternoons 2pm-4pm, 2 times a month
c. TMT Report - Thomas
i. Has Bid contract in hand, needs everyone’s signatures and will be ready to go
ii. Site Herald – Rudy
iii. Gave each crat a copy of Kingdom Event Guidelines
iv. Remember, we are fronting the money so we get 40% of the net profit
v. Viking Theme in honor of incoming royals
vi. Feast will include breakfast and dinner – no lunch
vii. Flyer needs to be in by the 1st of March
