I. Summary of meeting with Seneschal
a. A few “burps”
i. Being taken care of
b. Baron and Baroness Poll
i. Will wait until device is passed and we know when things will happen because it could end up happening under different crowns and they might want different people
c. Hospitaller Office
i. Adding 2 deputies
1. Hannah – PR person
2. Celtillos – drop dead deputy
d. Official combination of groups
i. When device goes through
ii. Will poll both groups
iii. Combine assets under one group
iv. Will help the image of the group and for people to understand we are functioning as one
1. some confusion around the kingdom – not understanding that the groups have been functioning as one group for over a year.
II. Review of By Laws and Vote
a. Difficulties with version of charter

g. Thomas is now in Talewinds as the NMF deputy for the kingdom seneschal
h. Are going to offer Fiach Ogan the $300 for cleanup
i. If they don’t want it, can try Rivermoor or Bentonshire
V. Officer Reports
a. ExChecquer - Mel
i. Will become Kingdom Deputy for Local reports in May when Duva steps up
ii. Jocetta will step up as ExChecquer in May
b. Marshal – Nando
i. OK turnout at last practice
ii. None last weekend due to Crown Tourney
iii. Excellent showing in Crown Tourney
1. Treve, Thomas and Fernando all fought
iv. Treve is Rapier Champion
v. Fernando got his White Scarf
vi. No Fighter Practice because of Local event
1. Brandon Rotary Camp – Trident Tourney
c. Herald – Johanna
i. Went to meeting
ii. Haakon has been very helpful – VERY SUPPORTIVE
iii. Will get award badges to kingdom so they can be checked and ready to go when our arms pass
d. Art/Sci – Warjna
i. Next Class – Prepping for the War, Wednesday, February 16th at Leonidas and Columella’s house
ii. No meeting in March due to Gulf Wars
iii. April class – Banner making?? TBA
iv. Scribal Night occurred last night and scrolls were completed for kingdom
v. Mel requested letters be written for Hon. Lady Gwenyllan ferch Morgan for the Tradewinds Trimaris (the teaching award)

VII. New Business
a. Trimarian Cavalry is expanding – will have dates for next meeting
b. Fernando will be talking about the SCA in his class this Friday at college – potential new interested people
c. Gulf Wars is coming up!
i. Treve is in charge of the Rapier fighting
1. see him if you are fighting rapier at the war
ii. Treve is new general in charge of Rapier Melee tactics for war
iii. Battle schedule has changed
d. Local Public Access channel does a program called “Archeology TV” and is interested in filming some reenactors
e. This Sunday is the Kingdom Heavy Weapons Fighter Practice in Kissimmee
