I. Bid for TMT
a. If we supply the upfront money we get 40%, if kingdom supplies money we get 30%
b. Feast on Saturday
i. 150 people
ii. Kingdom says can charge $8 per person
c. Feast on Sunday
i. 100 people
ii. Kingdom says can charge $8 per person
d. Discussion of money matters
i. General idea is that we would have to put about $3,000 up front to get the 40%
e. Voted on whether to do the bid
i. Vote was positive with 3 abstaining

ii. Would be able to use any Boy Scout Range
