Shire Storm Meeting – Started 7:37pm – End 7:54pm

ii. Will email kingdom web minister to get on trimaris site

I. Kingdom Application for Barony
a. Kingdom Art Sci Officer has refused to recommend elevation to Barony
b. Says has not received reports or seen officers at meetings
c. Have seen yearly reports only from both groups
i. Has not seen quarterly reports from either group
d. Richards official response has been posted to the Marcaster egroups files area
i. He reconstructed what we have done
ii. They have emailed, she is reconsidering her decision
e. Richard is OFFICIALLY asking now that all greater officers give a copy to their report to him for each reporting period
f. Fennore said she did all of her reports – but they were on line and she was not able to send it to seneschal
i. Also she has contacted them about taking her off when the office changed and it still has not happened
g. Warjna missed the last meeting because it was only 15 minutes and it took her longer than that to get there
i. Her report has been early and given to the kingdom art/sci officer in hard copy
h. We will wait on her answer
II. Marshal - Fernando
a. No practice this weekend or next weekend
III. Herald - Johanna
a. Need to set up next meeting of Awards Committee
i. Friday 7:30pm at Art’s House
b. Mikhael talked to Lymphad herald
i. Earliest to hear anything on the device is the middle of December
ii. Thinks it will be later because they are backed up
1. January or February??
IV. Art/Sci – Warjna
a. Gave copy of report to Richard
b. December Class
i. Dec. 15th at 7:30pm
ii. At Hon. Lady Jocetta’s house
iii. Directions will be emailed
c. Make sure you put your Art/Sci activities in the book so they can be reported
