Incipient Shire of Marcaster – Started at 7:15pm – Ended at 8:44pm

I. Seneschal Report
a. Started without Historian who was late…..(sorry, I forgot it was starting early!)
i. Therefore the minutes were not read
b. Schedule
i. May 14th – Demo/Fighter Practice at Largo Central Park with meeting about finding new meeting locations/times
ii. May 16th – Scribal Night at Columella and Leonidas’
iii. May 18th – TMT Event Prep at Thomas’
iv. May 21st – Fighter Practice at Largo Central
v. May 22nd – Archery Practice at Camp Soule
vi. May 25th – Meeting at Seminole Library – starts at 7:30pm and must be out by 9pm
vii. May 28th – No practice
c. Device resubmit is going out this week or next
d. TMT – Earl Thomas
i. Reserve!
ii. Site and Feast tokens are done, need to be strung
iii. Saturday feast is in progress – samples were passed around
iv. Banners are done but need devices attached
v. Wooden spear shafts to go to Treve to round, still looking for enough matching spear points
vi. Shields are primed, painting at Art’s on Friday night starting at around 7:30pm – call 727-522-9159
